For Account security, Valice requires all subscription terminations to be initiated from your Account Management Area.
Once a subscription is terminated, you will no longer have access to related files, data or services. If the DNS management for your domain name is tied to your terminated subscription, your entries will be lost.
Subscription Termination Request
- From within your Account Management Area, click on the “Account” tab.
- Click the “Subscriptions” link.
- Identify the subscription you wish to terminate, and click on the name of that subscription.
- Click “Request Subscription Termination” and enter the requested termination date and reason for termination.
Once your Subscription Termination Request is received, the termination will be scheduled. You will not receive any refund for time unused on your subscription. See Terms and Conditions for more information.
